Our company specializes in the repair and servicing of plate heat exchangers, chemical cleaning in a closed circuit by the CIP (Clean In Place) method of exchangers, connection installations, industrial, food and steam boilers, etc.,

Heat exchangers are widely used in all industries such as:

Our company is providing service and repair the heat exchangers. Exchanger service consists of assessing whether a given device is technically sound by verifying the seal between the plates, the state of dirt taking into account the differences in temperature and pressure between the inlet and outlet of a given medium, as well as damage to the plates inside the exchanger.

Seals, PHE heat exchanger plates and CIP chemical cleaning

Verification can be assessed by leaks outside the operating medium, date of last service and after opening the heat exchanger, as well as visual assessment of the condition of the seals. Damaged gaskets and plates should be replaced immediately in order to continue correct operation of the device. All dirt on the plates is removed by a high pressure washer and using various chemicals adapted for chemical cleaning of heat exchangers using the CIP (Clean In Place) method. The selection of a suitable chemical depends on the working medium.
